👉🏻 Please ensure you are booking in for the correct hair service, booking in for the incorrect one is a common cause of me running behind.

👉🏻 Please message me to amend or cancel any appointment, you cannot do this via the site.

👉🏻 Any cancellations on the day will be charged at the full price of the service.

👉🏻 Any cancellations made the day before will be charged at half price.

👉🏻 Bank details will be sent for payment.

👉🏻 No return appointment until balance is paid.

👉🏻 Contactless card payments are no longer accepted.

👉🏻 Bank transfer or cash only.

👉🏻 I can generate a QR code for you to scan and it will take you directly to your bank account with all my details pre-filled.

👉🏻 Ensure you save my details and you can do it directly from your bank account when you visit again.
